Use the staff to help you develop strategies to improve the business. Get Tough
Do not allow disruptive employees the light of day. Every business has them, and they do nothing but cause trouble and bring down morale. They are usually slackers as well. As soon as you notice that an employee is not pulling their weight and are also causing issues, you need to take them to the side and begin a process of documentation.
