If you’re under seven hours of sleep a night, your body isn’t going to be performing at its best for the rest of the day. Black out the room, wear an eye mask, and listen to gentle music that will send you to sleep easily.
Taking care of your body after a workout is important, so make sure to look after it at all times after exercise.
